How do I make a stamp?
Open the camera, choose a border style, and tap the shutter. Check the preview, then tap the check mark to save the stamp, or the cross to retake it. A stamp taken from inside an album is saved to that album; otherwise it goes to the default album.
What is the difference between framed and cut-out stamps?
Framed puts a cream border around your photo. Cut-out removes that border and trims the photo itself to the shape of the stamp frame. You can switch between the two in the camera before you shoot.
Why does Stampo ask for my location, and can I turn it off?
Location is only used to name your stamp after the place where you took it. If you decline, the stamp gets a default name based on the date. You can change the permission any time in iOS Settings.
Where are my stamps stored?
On your device only. Stampo has no accounts and no cloud sync, so if you delete the app, your stamps are deleted with it.
How do I organize, rename or delete an album?
To move a stamp, open it, choose another album, and save. To rename or delete an album you created, open it and tap its menu. When you delete an album, its stamps move to the default album rather than being removed. The default album itself cannot be renamed or deleted.
The camera does not open. What should I do?
Stampo needs camera access. If you declined it, open iOS Settings, find Stampo, and turn Camera on. Then try again. Stampo also offers to open Settings for you when access is blocked.
